Departing singapore @ 8am . Reach-ed Changi airport (Terminal 1)at arnd 5.50am ! Check in &played with the free call public phone . Board the plane & im sitting with vannessa ! YIPPEE . Plane food is (Disgusting) . Argh ! Reached Xiamen at 12 plus i think. It is damn cold(17degree) there & its raining on the first day ! Took 2hours to reach 漳州 .Went to the old hostel to stay for the night cos our hotel is being used by the CHINA NATIONAL TEAM . Unpacked & its end of the day !

DAY TWO !
Watched the china national team train . Every one is sooooooo TALL ! (: Had training @ the training ground which the national team train. Set badly for the day cause its super cold(14degree) & my fingers are stiff ! NO CONTACT AT ALL ! {basic skills training} . Played formation & i did ok . showed attitude towards coach ! Oops , Sorry coach ! {fotmation training} . Dinner was buffet style , eat till you die those type ! LOL . Debrief & back to room . MY ROOM NUM is ... 305 ! We change to the hotel cos , the national team leave on that day . & the rooms are soooooooo nice . i hate the part where there is no lift ! ):

DAY THREE !
Morning trainingwas slack , played 3 vs 3 . Played well-ed . hahha ! && THE FREEZING COLD WEATHER MADE MY BODY BONES STIFF ! It's 11degee i think . According to coach . Afternoon was FRIENDLY AGAINST 漳州三中. C'div girls played first , they did badly . Plus , opponents are strong ! Our turn was even worst !! 9-25{ trashed !} OMG , its partly my fault . Didnt set well for the spiker . But , i love my serving ! (: (Bhb-ing) Anw, im so jealous of the opponent's setting ! NICE can ? After the first match , coach ask their teacher to let us play against the c girls . we still lost but won one of the match ! :D Really have to thank thos who constantly recieving the ball high enough for me to set for the spikers ! (THANKS) Head back , their traffic is like OMG lah . no body cares about us . Dangerous traffic , their road is not for people to walk one lah ! Lol. after dinner , we head out to get some snacks ! (: im not feeling well . i think i got food poisoning by the salty food served ! >< & we realise that when we speak , there is smoke . soooooo it shows that it is coldddd. i think is 11 degree .

DAY FOUR !
The weather is warmer .Morning training , did PT . 20m & 30m chiong . 3 time for 20m & 30m , wheel baarrow , step up and alot more. Having muscle ache the next day . REST then change over with the junior . Did basic skills training . Lunched & then afternoon training ! :) played against each other , learned how to set low balls & long distance ones . im soo jealous that vivian can set better than me ! :( did badly for 随球上. i keep lagging at my own position ! Dinner then debrief ! ate vitamins given by coachhh ! (: its niceeeee !

DAY FIVEE !
Morning , breakfast then training . did PT first then basic training . its daily stuffs alrdy , every morning got morning call ! After morning training , we went for lunch outside thennn shopping ! took cab there & the cars can anyhow U-turn one lo :D Lunched @ mac. Guess what ? their cheese burger is nicer then singapores ! :D OMG ! brought alot of small stuffs , Photo taking tooo ! Cabb-ed back & dinner . DEBRIEF @ the meeting room . after that dya , we went to the meeting room almost everyday ! :) back to room & watched tele ! (L) have been watching their show since day onee ! :) i like the 爱情公寓. SUPER NICE SHOW !

DAY SIX .
PT first again , rushed through all the things & we finish in 1hours . LOL . impressive uh ! {: We did so fast cos we can have longer break . after the break is ball practice ! everyone is HYPER that day , ! (: Luunch-ed . Friendly against 漳州三中 again . this time , they came to our training ground . (: Played five matches & won only one .. we will BUCK UP ! They got three blocker ley ! ZAI . Had dinner with them , took photo & chatted ! Debrief & video watching at meeting room i think ! :D

DAY SEVEN !
It's a bad day for me ! :X Friendly with 漳州三中again . lunch-ed with them & we got into much more detail talk ! :D after they left , we head back to our room & i fell asleep ! (snoring for the first time !) Those who are injured , people like me ... i injures my wrist during the under16 match . we went to see the doctor while others play 4vs4 . they are fighting for a bar of chocolate ! OMG , funny ! Dinner-ed & then team bonding with the whole volleyball teamm ! (: Lol . FUN :] we played games & its fun ! (:

PT for mornig training , GAAAAHHH . finished very fast ! (: Cos , we want our break time ! (: Did maths wksheet given by mrs gohh . PT then ball practice . Lunched then friendly with 广东台山. played all 5 matches . i injured my hip thanks to ming yuan ! Lim Zheng Min , Noreen . I first bite my tumbs on 2nd dec , im a chungchengian . I'm not friendly, so be careful, I bite when i got irritated, no matter who it is.
